Anniversary Over, but Innovation Continues
Even though BLS Enterprises, Inc. has finished celebrating its 20th anniversary, that does not mean the innovation is over. BLS continues to make improvements on all of its products to remain the standard when it comes to track pads for the construction industry.

TUFPADS Won't Chunk Out Like Rubber
In 1986, BLS Enterprises, Inc. responded to a need voiced by a contractor for "good street pads" on his construction equipment. The contractor needed to protect the surface he was walking over with his tracked vehicle, and he needed something that would not chunk out like the rubber pads he was using. Contractors were spending a great deal of time and money constantly replacing their rubber tracks, along with the downtime of the machine. BLS proposed the use of high strength polyurethane instead of rubber to give contractors the protection they were looking for and durability far and above that of rubber. Since then TUFPADS has become the standard in the construction industry being used across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and many other countries.
